O'Charley's It All Starts With the Rolls Campaign

O’Charley’s restaurant asked our team to create a unique campaign that featured their amazing promotional menu items. After a quick customer study, we found that everyone was crazy about the fresh baked rolls. And because they’re brought to the table right after the customer is seated, our promotional campaigns would do the same. So that’s how “It all starts with the rolls.” campaign was conceived. And the customers ate it up.

This microsite was created to tell the story of the roll and included a fable, fun facts and even a video game.

This fable was featured on the website and posted on social media.

Our team created the the rolls tray paper that reinforced the campaign and described how the rolls are made fresh each day.
